GENERAL SHIPPING AGREEMENT & POLICY
Unless otherwise stated or arranged, Lashes Direct will ship FIRST CLASS MAIL/PACKAGE SERVICE through USPS. Other options are available by selecting when ordering or calling us during our normal business hours.
Our standard shipping time for orders in the USA, from when we receive the digital order via our website is between 1 and 7 business days depending on product availability and weekends and or holidays or other events that would reasonable disrupt normal scheduling. As always, shipping costs on heavy items may be higher. If this applies to your order, we will notify you prior to shipping. Lashes Direct cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays such as weather or other unusual events. A Handling fee of $2.00 will be added on a per order basis if applicable. Rush deliveries, or special instructions may cost more on an individual order basis. You understand and agree that Lashes Direct may add up to $15 for additional shipping and handling fees without notice if the work needed to package or special deliver your package is needed to meet your expectations. However, we always make it our policy to try our best to notify our valued customers before we add ANY additional charges.

Since USPS does NOT ship on holidays, customer understands that we have no control over USPS or any other carrier schedule and have to work within the bounds they set. Further, Lashes Direct will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered/undeliverable packages. We track every order and you can receive tracking information upon request. Our system is set to email you immediately once tracking information is available. If you do not receive tracking information, it is the customer responsibility to notify Lashes Direct. Further, Lashes Direct assumes the Postal Service is responsible and will deliver within specified time frame they advertise. Lashes Direct cannot and will not be held responsible for missed time frames that are out of our control.

International Orders:
Orders to Canada are typically delivered between 7-14 business days from the date shipped. This may vary for many reasons out of our control. Please READ BELOW!
Lashes Direct is not responsible for Duty charges, or any foreign tax, charge, fee or Levy for shipping outside of the United States. By ordering on our site- you certify that customer has done sufficient research and due diligence on all costs involved with importing eyelash extension and related products to the shipping destination.
Lashes Direct has no control over any Customs process. Lashes Direct will cooperate with customer as much as we deem reasonable for each shipment. Foreign deliveries may necessitate the customer to contact local postal services or customs for their respective countries to find or track down their shipment.

All orders placed using a credit card will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days.
