Lashes Directwill gladly refund or exchange any items shipped that were not ordered. In the event that your shipment is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately by calling (888) 603-8275. Buyer agrees that all sales made through Lashes Direct, LLC are final. Buyer also agrees that any and all products offered are NOT available on a trial basis, so please contact us with any questions BEFORE placing final order. Once order has been shipped, we consider order has been filled and buyer must follow outlined procedures for all replacements or returns.

All returns MUST be authorized and assigned a ‘product return number’prior to returning product by contacting Lashes Direct Customer service. All returns that have not been assigned a product return numberWILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
