Product Return/Exchange – Claim Of Defect

If the Buyer determines that product(s) shipped to you are defective:

1) E-mail LashesDirect Customer Service within seven (7)business days of receipt (support@lashesdirect.com) or call 800-000-0000.
2) Your order will be assigned a ‘product return number.’
3) The product must be returned to:

Gilbert, AZ 85295

Within four (4) business days from receiving your ‘product return number,’ please provide the following information with your return shipment to facilitate proper handling:

1) The product return number (provided by email generated after initial complaint)
2) A brief explanation of your claim of defect
3) your request for exchange or refund.

Lashes Direct, LLC reserves the right to either replace defective product with same or compatible product, or provide a full refund of the purchase price upon receipt of defective product. Orders received without a product return number will not be processed.

Buyers are responsible for the return postage charge and shipping, registered mail fee & insurance charge are non-refundable.
